Scottish songstress Cody Feechan shares breathtaking new single, ‘Breathe‘. Armed with a beautiful vocal that weaves through spacious indie soundscapes, Cody Feechan is doing Scotland proud. One of the strongest artists to have emerged from there in a while, the Fife-based singer-songwriter has already received wide success in the Official UK Charts for Scottish Singles and reached Number 2 with previous single ‘Free Falling (Clear Six Remix)’.
Discussing the formation of the song, Cody explains, “I wrote ‘Breathe’ last year, essentially narrating a period that was a difficult time for me: being under a lot of pressure and nearing breaking point”.
This pop gem is delicate in places but fiercely confident. Showcasing that Cody certainly knows that music is her true love, ‘Breathe’ tells the story of feeling overwhelmed, and I’m sure this past year, we’ve all experienced this at some stage.
