SLATER – I Don’t Mind (Review)

Armed with a brand new hard-hitting style to indie rock’n’roll, SLATER reside in London. Known for killer songwriting and energetic live shows, their latest single sounds like the lovechild of Led Zeppelin and Catfish and the Bottlemen. Using their own originality throughout ‘I Don’t Mind‘, you’l see why guitarist Harry Slater has been hailed as a ‘Gutiar Virtuoso’ by Planet Rock Radio. For a trio, their powerhouse sound is coated perfectly in the studio as well as live. As the opening track off of their EP ‘So She Said’, the EP was released back in June 2nd. Now with it’s own electrifying music video, let’s hear more about the elevating number.

Stating that rock and roll is far from over, the band would suit a Greta Van Fleet line up for sure. I can picture these guys becoming the next big sound in America seeing as the States love everything Rock & Roll. As for the production, you can hear every intricate melody with great ease and I just can’t get over the wall of sound that the trio illuminate. It’s radiate and refuses to be left on the shelf. As for the artwork, similarity to Oasis’ cover of Definitely Maybe? Check these guys out, they’re going to be huge!
