Good Foxy – Into Tomorrow (Review)

Getting recognition over radio and from their live shows, Good Foxy are stepping “Into Tomorrow” with the infectious, psychedelic number. Their music takes inspiration from artists such as Tame Impala, The Doors and Unknown Mortal Orchestra to name a few. Known for their versatile gigs of acoustic shows and electric sets, they’ve played festivals such as The Great Escape, YNot and have even supported the world famous Status Quo! With a strong back catalogue, their debut album was a huge success and ever since then, the band have been on the up.

Simply breathtaking, ‘Into Tomorrow’ lays a thick melody into the arrangement with great ease. Coated with reverb and a sleazy R&B rhythm, the smoothness of the vocals roll off the tongue. Just over half way, the song features a new section that brings vibes from The Beatles big arrangement days. This was actually the first track I’ve heard from the collective and it’s already a strong contender within their discography.

Score: 3/5
