Good Foxy – Into Tomorrow (Review)

Getting recognition over radio and from their live shows, Good Foxy are stepping β€œInto Tomorrow” with the infectious, psychedelic number. Their music takes inspiration from artists such as Tame Impala, The Doors and Unknown Mortal Orchestra to name a few. Known for their versatile gigs of acoustic shows and electric sets, they’ve played festivals such as The Great Escape, YNot and have even supported the world famous Status Quo! With a strong back catalogue, their debut album was a huge success and ever since then, the band have been on the up.

Simply breathtaking, ‘Into Tomorrow’ lays a thick melody into the arrangement with great ease. Coated with reverb and a sleazy R&B rhythm, the smoothness of the vocals roll off the tongue. Just over half way, the song features a new section that brings vibes from The Beatles big arrangement days. This was actually the first track I’ve heard from the collective and it’s already a strong contender within their discography.

Score: 3/5
