Influenced heavily by RnB and electronica, MARQ Electronica expresses his view to British politicians in latest single ‘Bad Bones’. Produced and mixed by the award-winning Simon Ellis (Spice Girls, Britney Spears, Westlife, S Club 7, East 17), Marq’s certainly in good company on the latest release. Known for being the lead singer of synth-rock outfit Sapien Trace, MARQ certainly takes centre stage in another astonishing performance of his solo career.
On the release, Marq comments, “Bad Bones is my reaction, my dissatisfaction and frustration at the political landscape what I see as the smiling faces and the double talk of those in power.”
A synth heavy number that’s unapologetic in parts, “Bad Bones” is a big middle finger up to any sort of establishment. Coated in funk elements that will get you dancing around your house, ‘Bad Bones’ needs to be played loud.
