Singer-songwriter Kayli Sousa’s new single ‘Pretty Baby‘ is the definition of an anthem. Fusing a latin-pop soundscape with a chilled out vibe, this bossa nova bop is elegant and classy. Kayli cited, “The song ‘Pretty Baby’ is up to interpretation, however it is mostly about a doomed (unrequited) young relationship. Needing to let a lover go because you have a gut feeling he is not the one, even though you do love him. I am extremely against staying in a relationship just to be in one. If i’m not feeling the same love or affection i will have to shift my soul away from that person. Life is too short to be with the wrong soulmate.”
