Jack Conway – Easy (Review)

Released March 20th, Jack Conway’sEasy’ is the follow up to ‘Caught In The Rain’. Set to release an EP later this year including this latest single, the EP is heavily influenced from the likes of Shawn Mendes, John Mayer and Charlie Puth to name a few. Securing a strong pop arrangement, there’s elements of electronica in the mix of the latest single that soars straight into a different realm for the songwriter.

Jack stated that Easy was “inspired by my relationships and how things always seemed to get complicated in one way or another. These complications would come in the form of harsh words that were said, “fights” that would break out or even from a place of insecurity. However, Like most relationships though, there have always been good aspects & when times are good, it just seems so simple. Missing those simpler times and even the infatuation period, or “honeymoon phase” as people like to call it, I couldn’t help but feel that relationships shouldn’t be THAT hard. In fact, they are pretty “easy” when you try.”

Just goes to show that songwriting comes Easy for this emerging artist and if the EP is anything like this vibrant release, the world will love Jack Conway.
