Rewind a couple of months, T8PES dropped the exceptional ‘Wake Up’. Forming a Midlands supergroup for the track, the single features Sox and Vital bringing their lyrical A-game to the grime number. T8PES stated, ‘Wake Up’ is a timely reminder that belief, dedication, tenacity, purpose and passion will always prevail, highlighting that giving up is never an option and tomorrow is another opportunity to give everything.

An inspirational track that feels empowering during the difficult time. Seeing how things have improved since April, not much has changed, but the music being released in lockdown has been extraordinary. Musicians are turning a negative into a positive, and teaming up on this collab, T8PES is proving he’s a force be reckoned with in the West Midlands scene. Equally wonderful, all artists on this release are big contenders in the rap/grime scene.
