Synth-pop songwriter Sophie Mahon unveils latest alternative wonder ‘Night Circus’. With a comfortable discography sat behind her, Sophie has two EPs already under her belt. Receiving regular play on BBC Introducing in Suffolk and in Norfolk, the latest single is bathed in synthesisers, giving it an electronica glow.
On the release, Sophie stated, “Night Circus is inspired by Peter Gabriel and Japan, and I borrowed the title from the book ‘The Night Circus’ by Erin Morgenstern. It’s about the night terrors I get when I am stressed.”
