The collaboration you didn’t know you needed until now, Perth based locals WasteLand team up with indie singer-songwriter Sydnee Carter on the latest dance-pop track ‘Haulin‘. Armed with soulful vocals and pulsating acoustic guitar grooves, the new single will stick around in your mind for weeks after.

On the release, vocalist Sydnee Carter says, “it is inspired by a giant move from the West Coast of Australia (Perth) to the East Coast of Australia (Sydney). Me and Justin Martins (JMQ) whom i wrote the song with, had planned this move for a very long time. Wanted something to some up the move and describe the feelings. This is the song that resulted, theres a lot of truth in the lyrics, and unfortunately our plans have been put on hold due to covid. But alas the song still lives on.”

Memorable and best described as an anthem with fragrances of country inspired songwriting, ‘Haulin’ is a tasteful single about taking a leap of faith and believing in yourself.
